To become a West Salem Lion, you must be sponsored by a current lion member. Upon recommendation of your sponsor, the new member is inducted into the club. Once inducted you are a member with full voting rights and responsibilities. Members are expected to volunteer for club activities and promote the Lions Motto, "We Serve".
